Adding a Contact to a Company in Your Directory
Adding individual contacts to companies in your directory ensures you can communicate, assign roles, and manage access efficiently. Follow the steps below to add a contact:
- Navigate to the Directory from the main navigation menu.
- Select the Company you want to add a contact to.
- Scroll down to the Contacts section.
Click + Add Contact.
Enter the contact’s details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Office (optional)
- Permission Role (defines what they can access)
- If the contact requires access to Buildend, check the Login Access box.
Note: Granting login access allows the contact to be added to projects and participate in bidding, contracts, or other project activities.
- Click Submit to add the contact.
The contact will now be associated with the company and can be invited to participate in projects as needed.
