Adding a Form to a Project

Forms in Buildend help standardize field data collection across your projects. You can easily enable specific forms for any project. Follow the steps below to add a form to a project:

  • Navigate to the Project where you want to add a form.
  • Go to Project Settings.
  • Click on the Forms tab.
  • You will see a list of forms already enabled for the project.

    Click on the Select Project Forms dropdown.

    • This will show a list of all available forms that can be added to the project.
  • Select the form(s) you want to add.
  • Click Add Form.

Once added:

  • Go to the Logs section in the main project menu.
  • You’ll see your selected form listed under the Forms section.

The form is now active and ready to be filled out, tracked, and managed within the project.
